Registration
The standard registration fee (Early Bird) is €450+€90 (Banquet) per person if registered on or before October 26, 2018, €300+€90 (Banquet) for students. Registration fees received after October 26 will be €550+€100 (Banquet) and €350 +€100 (Banquet) for students. To attend the Banquet, the indicated additional fee should be paid during the registration step.
Full Registration includes
Access to all Technical Sessions, Plenaries, Welcome Reception, Coffee Breaks, 3 Lunches, Tour of the Capitoline Museums, Book of Abstracts (printed/digital/online access), Conference bag & gadget. The banquet on Tuesday evening (including drinks/open bar) is € 90. Guest lunches (Monday-Wednesday) are €30 per person, Guest Banquet is €90 per person.Cancellation Policy
Request must be made in writing to secretariat@nodycon.org and submitted no later than November 15, 2018. A €150 processing fee will be applied to all refund requests. Refunds are NOT permitted on/after December 15, 2018.Substitutions
Registrations may not be transferred or substituted at any time.Student Registration Fees
Student registration rates are only available to enrolled undergraduate and graduate students who have not yet received their Ph.D. Post-docs may not register as students.Paper & Poster Presentation Policy
All scheduled presentations MUST be formally presented on-site.Payment, Confirmation & Receipt
All payments are due in EURO (€). Registration fees are determined by date payment is received. A confirmation email will be sent shortly after you register. If you submitted payment by credit card, a receipt will be sent immediately. If you pay by wire transfer, a receipt will be sent to you via email once you have completed your online registration and payment has been received.Payment Method
